Gratitude Challenge Is Back!

When I turn the calendar month to November, one of the first things I think of is Thanksgiving.  Meeting up with people you have not seen in awhile.  Feasting with friends and family.  Sharing stories and making memories are all a part of that holiday.

Sometimes holidays stir up unsettled feelings.  Hurt, pain, not forgiving, and so much more.

To make the holidays a positive event, I am challenging you to start now.  Who knows it may turn into more than just a month.  Once you start you may want to continue.  Who is still doing this challenge from last year?  I commend you!

Morning Intentions

Starting your day with the following will help set you up for the day.  Doing this day after day will prepare you for the upcoming holidays.  A different kind of “workout” for the heart.  Buy a special notebook or not.  Let’s begin!

As you think so shall you become.  I become what I think about.  Like attracts like.  If you see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.
