We're "Self-Crafted Wellness" for a reason: All of our programs are one-on-one, and custom-crafted to your body, your goals, and your health. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Kim is a holistic, hands-on nutrition counselor that takes a deep interest in the health and progress of her clients. With the name Self-Crafted Wellness, it is hard to understate how custom of a wellness strategy Kim formulates for every one of her clients. Because she is so custom in her approach, it is difficult to come up with the details of a “typical” session. With each client that signs up, Kim goes over their entire health history, the goals of each client, analyzes their pantry, consults a BioTracker and even a naturopath to come up with a custom wellness strategy for each client. And that’s just on the first or second visit!

90 Minute Consultation
Kim will send you a Health History that you will discuss on the phone, on Skype, or in person. In-person meeting includes a bio-tracker health analysis.

7 Day Detox
Kim will send prep week material, recipes, and sample meal plan, as well as daily encouragement and accountability. You just pick the week!

Sugar Blues/Gut Health Workshop
This is a 45 - 60 minute presentation on how to curb sugar cravings and why one would want to do that. Gaining control with deprivation. An informative, fun and successful method to look at sugar. You will see positive changes in energy, sleep, mood, weight, skin and brain function. Learn 6 tips to curb sugar cravings when you attend this workshop.

Or Eating For Energy Workshop
This is a 45 - 60 minute presentation on life with an abundance of energy and vitality. The foods to eat and many factors to increase your energy. The parts of our lives that decrease energy. Learn 5 tips to get more energy.

After gaining as much insight into her clients’ health, diet, and lifestyle as possible, Kim comes up with what she calls a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your goals, your lifestyle and your body. She believes that your body, your mind, and your health are all inter-connected, and works on a wellness and adjustment plan for each facet of your being, to not only improve your health, but your sleep, your relationships, your self-value, and anything else that stands in your way from having the life and wellness you deserve.

In this 3-Month Program, Kim will send you a Health History and use the Bio-Tracker. You will meet weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on your schedule). Weekly topics and tools for your health and wellness include recipes, sample meal plans, encouragement and accountability for your success, and more.

During the course of the programs you will:
